Am I restricted to getting just one product in a container?
Stone container can comprise any combination of various colors, sizes, finishes and shapes of produces. There is a minimum of one pallet per type. Natural stone tile is heavy and will require proper equipment. Please check weight of goods before they are delivered so you are properly prepared.
How much breakage stone should I expect?
Its full guarantee by us and any of broken will be acceptable to change or refine by F.R.S .
When ordering containers, can I have colors and styles of stone in same stone container?
yes, you can do so for certain stone lines.
How you can send me samples?
For samples we only charge for the courier cost of the samples which can be ordered DHL or Aramex Agency. The rate will be calculated based on your country and the number of stone tile samples you order.
What are the different types of stone edges? What are the differences between various edges?
The edge finish is depend on design. Below are the type of edge finishes:
Straight cut or SC: Tiles are sawn with a sharp edge.
Bevelled (Chamfered): The bevel is used to make installation easier and to eliminate sharp leveling differences on the floor between tiles when grout is used.
Which one is better lighter color or darker color stone?
This is strictly a matter of taste. Generally, it is better to use lighter color stones where you don’t have a lot of natural light exposure.
